Equipping teams to sell outcomes rather than features, and answer why pay for this if the AI does the work.
This layer covers how sales teams are trained, resourced, and positioned to sell a product where the value proposition has shifted from features to outcomes. It includes discovery frameworks built for buyers who arrive pre informed, persona specific talk tracks for the CFOs and CROs now scrutinising AI spend, and the handoff (or lack of one) between the moment of sale and the ongoing work of proving value.
The job of the seller changes shape here. It stops being to close and move on, and becomes to land, then stay embedded: tracking how the customer actually uses the product and where new value is emerging, because in a consumption or outcome model the sale is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.
A buyer who has already built their own business case inside an AI research tool doesn't need an eleven step nurture sequence designed for someone who hadn't decided yet. They need validation and speed. Sales teams still running a discovery process built for 2019 are adding friction at exactly the point a modern buyer expects none.
